Balanced Body Trained and Certified Pilates Instructor, Anusara and Ashaya Trained Hatha Yoga Instructor. CYT/RYT500. Registered with the Yoga Alliance. Claudia teaches with an open heart and inner brightness. Her spirit shines through as she instructs bio-mechanics of the body for optimal alignment. Her enthusiasm encourages students on a journey into their own radiant heart and mind. She teaches her students to be aware of their inner light and connect more fully to their essence. She guides them on a journey of inner peace and self awareness through the practice of yoga and pilates.
Hatha Yoga Instructor, RYT200, registered with the Yoga Alliance, Trained under Professor I.C. Wang in Yang style Tai Chi. Formerly a biochemical engineer and then medical student at UNC Chapel Hill, she enjoys sharing the combination of postural alignment, movement, breath, and awareness in all her classes. Through the practice of yoga and playing of Tai chi, she holds the intention of empowering students to improve their health, wellness, and quality of life.
